Accreditation
We uphold mediator quality through rigorous accreditation, strict ethics, and continuous supervision—so every session is fair, confidential, and results-focused.
Our mediation practice is formally accredited and operates in full alignment with South Africa’s judicial mediation framework. Our mediators are accredited through the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC and trained with the Society of Mediators (UK).
We conduct court-aware, attorney-friendly processes that comply with Rule 41A and the Gauteng Judge President’s Mandatory Mediation Directive and Protocol—covering conflict checks, confidentiality and “without prejudice” protections, lean submissions, and registrar-ready reporting—so every matter is handled to recognised professional and judicial standards.
